TERMS OF USE
LAST UPDATED SEPTEMBER 9, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Clavicular.TV and Clavicular+. By accessing either service, you agree to them. Clavicular.TV is an independent media service and is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by Clavicular or any featured person unless expressly stated.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or purchase a membership. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. One membership is for personal, noncommercial use and may not be shared outside your household.
Membership and billing
Paid memberships renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize the displayed recurring charge and any applicable taxes. You may cancel through Account and Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals and access ordinarily continues through the current paid period. Refund eligibility is described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Content and availability
The service organizes original, licensed, embedded, linked, and third-party media. Rights remain with their respective owners. Titles, sources, features, and availability may change at any time because of licensing, source availability, safety, legal requests, or technical conditions. Membership does not guarantee that a particular title will remain available.
Acceptable use
You may view the service only for personal use. You may not copy, download without permission, redistribute, rebroadcast, resell, scrape, automate access, defeat payment or access controls, interfere with playback or security, misuse another person’s identity, or use the service unlawfully.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, rights holders, or third parties, or when these Terms are violated. You may stop using the service and cancel your membership at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by unavailable third-party content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
