CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancel anytime

You may cancel through Account and Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period unless a refund, payment reversal, or legal requirement ends access sooner.

Refund requests

Payments are generally nonrefundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law. If you were charged incorrectly, could not access the service because of a material service failure, or believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us promptly. We will review requests individually and will not limit refund rights that apply under law.

Billing help

Email support@clavicular.tv from the address used for your account. Include the charge date and amount, but never email a full card number, password, or verification code.
