This policy explains how Clavicular.TV and Clavicular+ collect, use, disclose, and retain information. These services are independently operated and are not affiliated with Clavicular unless expressly stated.

Information we collect

We may collect your email address, name, profile image, account identifiers, authentication and sign-in activity, membership status, support messages, saved videos, watch history, playback progress, device and browser information, IP address, and security or diagnostic logs. We also collect launch-list emails when you request updates.

Payments

Stripe processes payment details and may provide us with billing status, transaction identifiers, charge amount, card brand, and limited card details such as the last four digits. We do not receive or store your full card number.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide membership access, process and manage subscriptions, remember viewing preferences, operate playback, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, communicate with you, respond to requests, comply with law, and improve the service.

Service providers and disclosures

We use providers including Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, and Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites for hosting and storage. We may disclose information to these providers, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell full payment-card information.

Cookies and local storage

The services may use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, preferences, watch history, and essential operation. Blocking them may prevent accounts or playback from working correctly.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, legal obligations, disputes, security, and fraud prevention. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may manage billing through your account and unsubscribe from optional launch emails. To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, email support@clavicular.tv. Some information may be retained where legally required or necessary for security.

Children

The services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Paid Clavicular+ membership is intended only for adults who meet the eligibility requirement in our Terms.
