Clavicular.TV is an independent media service. Copyright and other rights in featured media remain with their respective owners. We respond to specific, good-faith copyright complaints and may remove or restrict material while reviewing them.

Copyright notice

Send notices to support@clavicular.tv. Include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work or a representative list; the exact URL and enough information to locate the material; your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If material you supplied was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, contact the same address with your signature, identification and prior location of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and the contact and jurisdiction statements required by applicable law.

Repeat infringement

Where appropriate, we may terminate accounts of repeat infringers and take reasonable steps to prevent repeated misuse. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may create legal liability.
